01

Agreement & eligibility

These Terms & Client Policies apply to this website and to services, programs, events, workshops, digital products, educational resources, and related communications offered by The Diana Kim.

By using the website, submitting a booking form, making a purchase, attending or participating in an offering, downloading a resource, or otherwise using our services or content, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review and agree to these policies.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you act for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these policies on its behalf.

02

Services & professional scope

Offerings may include wellness consulting, Reiki and energy work, coaching, intuitive guidance, Human Design, Numerology, workshops, programs, events, and educational or digital resources.

These offerings are complementary, educational, spiritual, and supportive in nature. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. They are also not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

The complete scope and professional boundaries of these offerings are described in the Professional Disclaimer & Scope of Services, which forms part of your agreement when you use or purchase these services.

A proposal, checkout page, intake form, event description, or service-specific agreement may contain additional terms. When a specific written term addresses an offering in greater detail, that specific term will apply to that offering.

03

Booking, purchases & payments

Prices, payment schedules, included services, and any applicable fees will be shown on the offer page, invoice, checkout page, or written agreement. Payment is due according to the terms presented when you purchase or enroll.

Payment plans

When a payment plan is offered, it is a commitment to pay the full stated price according to the agreed schedule unless the written offer expressly states otherwise. A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription that can be ended simply by stopping payment.

Missed or declined payments may result in paused appointments, services, resources, or program access until the account is brought current.

Digital products

Unless an offer states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result, downloadable or immediately accessible digital products are final once access or delivery has occurred.

04 • Time intentionally reserved for you

Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

Scheduled appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, and missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session fee.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected].

Completed services

Once a session, consultation, or other service has been completed, the sale is final and no refund is issued for that completed service.

Events, classes & workshops

Registration fees for events, classes, and workshops are generally non-refundable if you are unable to attend. You may request a credit toward a future event, class, or workshop when written notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a future-event credit.

Unexpected circumstances can happen. Reaching out as soon as possible helps protect both your time and the time intentionally reserved for you.

05

Client responsibilities & respectful participation

Your decisions, participation, boundaries, and actions remain your responsibility. You agree to provide accurate information, communicate scheduling concerns, arrive on time, ask questions when something is unclear, and participate respectfully.

  • Do not use the website, services, or community spaces for unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe conduct.
  • Do not record private sessions, programs, or events without advance permission from everyone whose consent is required.
  • For online offerings, you are responsible for suitable technology, internet access, and a reasonably private environment.
  • We may decline, pause, or end participation when an offering is outside our scope, payment obligations are not met, safety is a concern, or respectful participation is not possible.
06

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, meditations, worksheets, presentations, course materials, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Diana Kim.

Materials you lawfully receive are for your personal, non-commercial use. Without advance written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, record, republish, sell, distribute, share paid materials or private access, create competing products from the materials, or remove proprietary notices.

Nothing in these policies automatically gives permission to use a client’s name, image, voice, story, or testimonial for marketing.

07

Privacy & communications

Information you provide may be used to respond to inquiries, manage bookings, process payments, deliver purchased offerings, maintain business records, and send communications reasonably connected to your inquiry, booking, purchase, or participation.

Website, booking, payment, email, video, course, and other business platforms may be operated by third-party providers whose own terms and privacy practices apply. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your public contact method with The Diana Kim is email. Do not use email or website forms for emergencies or urgent medical or mental-health needs.

If a telephone number or other private communication channel is provided to you after becoming a client, that access is intended for the purpose and boundaries established within your client relationship and does not create emergency, crisis, or around-the-clock support.

08

Results, liability & general terms

Results

No physical, emotional, spiritual, relationship, financial, business, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed. Testimonials describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as results another person should expect.

Website & services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, and offerings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for every person.

Limitation of liability

You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on information, guidance, exercises, and resources. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Diana Kim and its owner, contractors, representatives, and service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, content, or offerings.

Nothing in these policies limits a consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.

Ending services

We may refuse, pause, reschedule, or end access to an offering when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, unsafe or unlawful conduct, material policy violations, repeated disruption, circumstances outside professional scope, or another legitimate business or safety concern.

Updates

These policies may be updated as services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date and will apply prospectively from the date posted.

Clear boundaries are not about making the client experience harder. They create the structure that allows the work to feel safe, respectful, and spacious.
