For all online and in-person events, classes, and workshops, refunds are not provided if you are unable to attend. However, we will happily issue a credit toward future events, classes, or workshops. Please note that THE DIANA KIM has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will incur a 50% session fee. This policy is in place to ensure that our time is respected and that other clients have the chance to schedule their appointments.
