All sales for services rendered by THE DIANA KIM are final, and no refunds will be issued once a session or consultation has been completed. We deeply value the time and energy dedicated to each client and ask for your understanding that this time cannot be reclaimed. While we strive to provide transformative experiences, individual results may vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. For all online and in-person events, classes, and workshops, refunds are not provided if you are unable to attend. However, we will happily issue a credit toward future events, classes, or workshops. Cancellation Policy

Please note that THE DIANA KIM has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will incur a 50% session fee. This policy is in place to ensure that our time is respected and that other clients have the chance to schedule their appointments.

We respect and prioritize the well-being, energy, and time of our clients. To uphold this standard of respect and to provide the best possible experience for all, we have established a 24-hour notice cancellation policy, which applies to all cancellations, rescheduled appointments, and no-shows.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, occasionally requiring adjustments to your schedule. Should you be unable to attend your session, we politely ask that you notify us in advance to allow other clients the opportunity to book services. Notice of a cancellation or rescheduling will only be accepted via email or SMS text message.
